Lofi Lounge

With this personal project, I was inspired by the calming sound of Lo-fi music, which led me to develop a relaxing environment that I felt could be paired along with it.

My goal was to create a stylized 3D look that replicates 2D, along with fluid transitions that flow throughout the piece. The transitions were definitely a challenge, but planning them from the beginning was key to make sure it looked satisfying to watch.

Using Cinema 4Dā€™s cel shader, I textured the objects in each scene to give it a vector look. Then, in After Effects, I added texture and a lower frame rate to give it a handmade feeling.
